Find answers to common questions about nutrition guidance and booking your consultation
Nutrition guidance is a personalized approach to eating that takes into account your lifestyle, preferences, goals, and body's unique needs. Unlike generic wellness advice found online, professional nutrition guidance considers your individual circumstances, activity level, and dietary preferences to create realistic, sustainable eating patterns. Our consultants work with you to understand your relationship with food and develop practical strategies that fit your daily routine rather than imposing rigid meal plans or extreme restrictions.
Booking a consultation with our team is straightforward. You can visit our website and fill out a brief intake form with your contact information and general information about your nutrition interests. Our scheduling team will reach out to confirm your preferred date and time for an initial consultation. During your first session, we'll discuss your goals, current eating patterns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on. Sessions are available both in-person at our Vilnius location and virtually for your convenience.
Your first consultation typically lasts 60 minutes and is a chance for us to get to know you and understand your unique situation. We'll discuss your nutrition goals, current eating habits, lifestyle factors like sleep and exercise, food preferences, and any specific concerns. We'll ask about your typical day and eating patterns to understand what's realistic for you. This initial meeting is not about judgment—it's about gathering information to create guidance that actually works for your life. You'll leave with some initial insights and a plan for next steps.
While it's helpful but not required, keeping a 3-5 day food diary before your first consultation can provide valuable information. Even a quick note of what you ate and drank—without measuring or counting—helps our consultants understand your current patterns. This gives us a starting point for our discussion and allows us to make more tailored recommendations from day one. If you don't have time to track before your appointment, no problem—we can discuss this during your session and you can start tracking afterward if helpful.
This varies for each person depending on your goals and how quickly you adjust to new eating patterns. Many people notice changes in energy levels and how they feel within 2-3 weeks. For other goals, changes may take longer as your body gradually adapts. Our approach focuses on building sustainable habits rather than quick fixes—the changes that stick are usually built over weeks and months. We typically recommend a series of 4-6 consultations over 2-3 months to establish a solid foundation, then ongoing support as needed based on your progress and goals.
Absolutely. Our team has experience working with people following all types of eating patterns including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, and many others. Rather than pushing any particular diet, we work within your preferred eating style to help you optimize your nutrition. If you're considering trying a new eating approach, we can discuss whether it might work for your lifestyle and goals, and help you implement it in a way that's sustainable. Our focus is on what works for you and your values, not on promoting any specific diet trend.
A single consultation is a one-time meeting where we discuss your situation and provide initial guidance and recommendations. Ongoing coaching is a longer-term relationship where you meet regularly (usually weekly or bi-weekly) with a consultant to work through challenges, refine your approach, and adjust recommendations as your circumstances change. Coaching provides more accountability, support, and the ability to troubleshoot obstacles as they arise. Some people prefer just an initial consultation and one follow-up, while others benefit from months of regular check-ins. We can discuss which approach fits your needs during your initial booking call.
We offer both virtual and in-person consultations to fit your preference and schedule. Virtual sessions work just as well as in-person meetings—you'll have a private video call with your consultant where you can discuss your goals and receive guidance. In-person consultations are available at our office in central Vilnius on Gedimino prospektas. When booking, you can choose whichever format works best for you, and you can mix formats over time if needed (for example, an initial in-person consultation followed by virtual follow-ups).
If you're working with us on an ongoing basis, you'll have access to ask questions between sessions. The specific format depends on your coaching package—some clients can email questions that will be answered within 24-48 hours, while others have a dedicated messaging platform for quick check-ins. For those with single consultations, you'll receive a summary of recommendations and resources to reference. We encourage you to write down questions that come up during your week so you can address them during your next scheduled consultation.
We believe that nutrition exists within a larger context of your life. During consultations, we discuss sleep, stress levels, exercise, work schedule, and other lifestyle factors because these all influence your eating patterns and overall wellness. However, our specialty is nutrition guidance—if you need support with other health aspects like fitness programming or mental health, we can discuss those needs and point you toward appropriate resources. Our approach is holistic in understanding how your life affects your nutrition, while staying focused on our area of expertise.
Bring anything that's relevant to your situation—a food diary if you have one, a list of your favorite foods, information about any dietary restrictions or preferences, and notes about your goals or concerns. If you've worked with nutrition professionals before, any previous recommendations or notes can be helpful context. However, don't stress about being perfectly prepared—our consultants are skilled at asking questions to understand your situation even if you come in without extensive documentation. The most important thing is coming with openness and genuine interest in exploring your nutrition.
